Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges only within 7 days of receiving your product. Unfortunately, we do not provide returns or refunds.
Eligibility for Exchanges
To be eligible for an exchange:
- Your item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- You’ll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Request an Exchange
To start an exchange, please contact us at asma@asmaslittleshop.com. Once your exchange request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item. Please note:
- Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.
- Exchanges must be shipped to the following address: [INSERT EXCHANGE ADDRESS].
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if:
- Your item is defective or damaged.
- You received the wrong item.
We will evaluate the issue and work with you to correct it as quickly as possible.
Non-Exchangeable Items
Certain items are not eligible for exchanges, including:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants).
- Custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items).
- Personal care items (e.g., beauty products).
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
- Sale items and gift cards.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you may cancel or request an exchange within 14 days for any reason. The item must still meet our standard eligibility criteria: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
